Table for West on WV:
Slowly, the while wolf began to drift between a land where manifestations of his cognitive ran freely amongst the barren fields of his mind, and reality. Although his senses were definitely becoming dull, he could still hear and feel almost everything, despite how distorted and muffled the sounds around him became. In his final moments of consciousness, the achromatic dog felt movement atop his breast, and a sleepy smile spread across his complacent expression just as quickly as warmth flourished about his being. Shade's head was now buried beneath his chin, and he loved it. Gently, the large wolf tossed one of his hind legs over his lover, and brought them closer together. With their bellies now pressed together, and Shade filling his back legs, West happily fell victim to exhaustion, letting sleep take him for the night. During the time where his body had temporarily shut itself down, scenarios played throughout his head. Shade's presence blessed each and every one of them, though, they were filled by things that he would much rather keep just between the two of them.
Sadly, the vivid dreams began to fade, and he could feel himself being reeled back into consciousness. This was how he normally felt, every morning, to be honest. He'd fall asleep thinking of his friend, and dreams would grant him his wish of taking their relationship further than friendship. Then, he'd have to wake up, alone and disappointed. His golden trenches peeled open at a leisurely pace, keeping themselves squinted while growing accustom to the harsh change in ambience. Where he expected to see an empty clearing, the white wolf's vision was occupied by a big black blotch, and two specks of a beautiful, chemical green. Confused, he began to shift his legs, and, only then, he felt a set of tender paws moving along his back. West's senses began to boot, and, soon he could feel gusts of humid breath washing over his face. Oddly, they carried a nice scent. Not one you'd expect from any ordinary dog. They carried the aroma of Mentha, or, mint leaves. Those could be found all around the shrine. It would've shocked him had he not known Shade as well as he did. Finally, he blinked his eyes open, and immediately, they met with his mate's. "Shade.. Y-you're really..." He spoke softly, then shook his head, allowing a big, goofy, sleepy smile to spread along his snowy complexion. "Good morning, my love."
If it weren't for his fear of bugging the black wolf, West would've began planting kisses all over Shade's face. But, he settled for just one. The white wolf leaned a bit closer, just until their noses barely met, and, with glee, he met their lips. It was a brief moment before he pulled away, and his head was rested upon the black wolf's shoulder. Just so that he could lose himself within those emerald pools. "How did you sleep, handsome?"

Firm blackened pads crunched against sticks and misplaced leaves, until Ova realized the scent trail was fading. Confusion befell her, until she stepped out of the shade of the forest and saw the massive body of water ahead. "Oh..." she mumbled to herself. "That explains the scent vanishing..." She padded forward, a little disgruntled at her seeming failure to follow a trail. Or maybe it was just a lack of life being at the lake. Then again, it was a massive body of water...it wouldn't be surprising if others were here just- "-at the other side," grumbled Ova. She let out a long irritated sigh, then headed over to the waters edge, lapping up the water. She'd been walking for what felt like lifetimes...now she had to walk some more to find the scent she'd picked up. Wonderful, she thought, dryly.

Kasai brown body rippled across the water as he stood in the cool water of the lake, the water coming up to his stomach. He had came to bathe, though he really couldn't care if his fur was matted and filled with mud. He just needed something to do, besides from walking on and on... which is what he's been doing lately. His orange eyes gleamed with faint hunger as he dunked his head under the water, and looked at the silt and the shimmering scales of fish swimming by. Reminding himself much like a cat, he snapped his jaws forward and came up with his prize, a slippery fish clamped between his fangs, warm red blood dripping down his muzzle. "yum!" he said, his voice muffled from the fish.

Splash Ova jolted at the sudden sound. It felt as though she'd been walking round the like for lifetimes, only for the silent march to be interrupted by the loud crash. A sharp corner at the waters edge hid whoever the owner of the noise was. This caused Ova to freeze in her tracks; the water and strong scented shrubbery hid the scent, so it could've been anything that had charged through the water. What if it was a lynx? A coyote? A bear?... a wolf, thought Ova, arching her eyes. Most likely, due to the wolf packs in the area. This meant two things; one, it was likely the other wolf was someone the negotiate with if they were aggressive or defensive. However, this also meant things could get tricky if the wolf was from another pack...regardless, this situation couldn't go unresolved. Ova trotted round the edge, careful not to trip on the uneven stones that made up the waters edge. She padded round the corner, seeing a short, muscular wolf stood in the water; battling a dead fish in his jaw. He seemed rather pleased with himself. "Hey!" called out Ova, not recognising the wolf.

(whoops! already forgot)
Kasai was going to walk towards the shore in front of him when he heard a light, female voice calling out to him. He turned his head, fish still in his jaws and saw a white wolf with a black back and hints of brown in her fur standing on the rocky shore, looking at him. She must be the one who called out to me... he thought before clearing his throat, and responded.
"Waht youft waht?" he asked, his voice still muffled by the fish. His eyes widening in realization, he walked onshore, a comfortable distance away from the female and dropped the fish onto the rocks, which was dead by now and repeated his question. "I mean, what do you want?" He sat down next to the fish, and looked at the fea with a puzzled look on his face.

Paws pushed against the dirt below her as she ran, a few feet in front of the red wolf was a hare. The thrill of the chase and the smell of the rabbit's fear pushed her to pick up her speed. Closing in on her prey she snapped, grabbing the rabbit by the neck and crushing the bone between her teeth. Puffs of breath could be seen coming from Tanali as she cooled down from her long run, nose lifted up to the air she examined her surroundings for the first time.
It seemed she was closer to the lake than she had originally been, what caused the rabbit to run this way she did not know. But now that she was here she might as well check the lake out, it wasn't uncommon that wolves from other packs wondered on the other side of the lake. And her pack's scent was starting to fade which meant no one was patrolling the area. If she had anything to do about it such nonsense would be changed, having made up her mind she walked through the clearing and approached the water's edge. Laying down the rabbit she lapped at the cool water.

He kept this up for a while, just slowly dragging his black paw over the back of the lighter wolf. And as opposed to what one would think, no. He didn't become bored of it. How could he? All that he really ever wanted was right in front of him. Again, the question of what the white wolf was dreaming surfaced. Though he didn't know, West's movements were very suggestive. Very. Shade blushed pretty hard, but found his mind wandering about all of the new possibilities. Soon, his face was dark red. Thankfully, his black fur did well at shielding so it would be hard for one to note. As hard as he tried, he just couldn't help himself from thinking more on the topic. A bit of relief came. West's breathing slowed and slowly, his eyes opened. The beautiful orange-gold spheres Shade fell so hard for were revealed from under his soft white lids.
"Hm..?" The abrupt bit of wordage the white wolf spoke rose a suspicion, but Shade didn't know what to be suspicious about, so he didn't do much more thinking on it. West's warm greeting was entertained by a greeting of the same manner. "Good morning!" He also answered his question. But only After engulfing the white mutt's entire face on a happy, slobbery, love-filled kiss. "I slept well, but honestly, I just wanted the night to end so we could do stuff together. This was the first night I've ever slept with someone, though, and I really liked that. You're so warm and soft." He paused for a minute, then asked something of the same question. "How did you sleep? You seemed to be enjoying yourself quite a bit..." He let out a nervous laugh.

He watched angrily as wolves he'd never seen before trotted towards the lake, coming from the forest that acted as a border. Lurking behind them, he watched the imbecilic wolves, one with a fish in his mouth, taking food that was for Fright's pack.
Although, whomever the orange-colored wolf was speaking to definitely looked familiar, their light brown coat as well as a short, stubby tail. Considering he hadn't seen much of the other packs, he was sure that the female was apart of The Gray. He scuttled towards the two of them, being sure to muffle his steps as he made his way to the lake. He ignored the other foolish wolves exiting from the forest, and one of them who had a rabbit clenched within their mouth. Again, another wolf thieving from The Gray, how impertinent.
He would reach the two wolves who stood near the lake, growling at the short, white-furred wolf, as if to tell him to scram. Afterwards, his eyes landed upon the female with mouse brown fur, squinting his eyes toward her."Don't you know this is our territory?" Fright angrily asked the question, standing alert, ignoring all other wolves within the vicinity. After all, he had come down here to make sure the hunters were collecting food for the pack instead of being imbeciles as usual. Surprisingly he found this agitating display, where the hunter was practically giving away food belonging to The Gray. He returned his focus to the shorter wolf, slowly shaking his head while staring him in the eyes."I guess I would expect a feeble creature such as yourself to attempt to purloin one's food, how inane of you."

Russet brown fur twitched as she heard another approach, lifting her head she let out a warning snarl that was until she smelled the scent of home coming from the black wolf. She stepped away from the lake and turned around to face the other wolf head on, her head tilted to the side looking the wolf up and down,"With the lack of the pack patrolling the lake I can see why these wolves would think the pack all but dissappeared." The she-wolf growled out picking up her rabbit and moving it closer to her being so that no other wolf would steal her kill," Maybe if the patrol needs stepping then we wouldn't have this problem now would we?" She retorted before bending down and taking a bite out of her kill. It was one thing to ask another wolf what they were doing on pack lands, it was another thing to accuse a pack member of stealing from their own land.
" The real question to be asked is what are you doing here? To pick a fight? Complain?" She asked him in a teasing manner her lip lifted in a cynical smirk almost snarl. Tanali had not come to the lake for an argument let alone at all her prey had led her in during the chase. But she couldn't stand when other wolves felt the need to be overwhelmingly rude, so speak up she did. Since The Grey kept to themselves it is harder to see where wolves would think that they were trespassing. But wolves from other packs do not come to this side of the border, so they had to be packmates at least two of them.

"Your from Heavenheld, right?" Ova frowned, feeling the weariness swarm over. The wolf wasn't exactly hostile, but Ova still kept her guard up...just in case. "What brings you to the Grey Lake?"

Fawn walked up to the crystal blue water at gray lake wanting to quench her thrust .She was drinking the icy cold water when she suddenly heard other wolfs. Raising her head as the water dripped from her muzzle, Maybe I should go and investigate .Shaking the water from her fur started walking towed the sound of wolfs. Stopping as she came upon two wolfs, maybe this wasn’t such a good idea I mean even if you walk over there r u going to be able to talk to them and on that note are they going to have aggression toward you ,putting her ears down then up ok, its steeled I’ll just go try and catch some fish .Backing up slowly hoping the other wolfs wouldn’t see her then practically running turned around and went to go fish . Snapping at the water, dang it I couldn’t catch a fish if it was dead on the bank. Snapping at the water again splattering water every were grrrrrrrrrrrr. As she started to back up she tripped over a rock and fell over into the water yelling fu** as she stood up and slowly walked onto the dry bank shaking off the cold water. I’m not that hungry anyway , Fine as if to be talking to her self looked down at the shimmering water, fish you win for now but don’t get to cocky I’ll get you some time. At this point the cold water on her fur started to fell pretty relaxing and good the sun was beating down a warm ray maybe, I’ll just go sun bath walking over to a dry spot lays down and looks at the sun smiling after a few minutes of sun bathing falls asleep.
